When I went to the gym today I said to myself just move through your routine and do the best you can, I honestly had such a lovely session and managed to push a little harder then expected, when I looked at my body while training I had a huge smile on my face and just embraced how proud I am of my mind and my body and the changes that have already occured.

The program comprises 21 lessons, which are available to you via a private podcast series. Each lesson will be provided in audio format, accompanied by specific tasks, predominantly focused on journal work. Every lesson and its corresponding homework are thoughtfully crafted and arranged to reconfigure neural pathways and examine belief systems, thoughts, and patterns that have contributed to your weight retention.
What you put into the program determines what you get out of it. The more you delve into your inner self, the bigger the changes you will see. Each lesson should take about an hour of your time. If you don't make these lessons a priority and give them your full attention, then it's not worth signing up. It's important to follow the lessons closely and really focus on them, otherwise you'll be wasting your money.
